*fishy face*

Exercise is BORING sometimes.

I tried yoga today. Major FLOP.

Pilates is fun though. "Inhale 123 EXHALE" lol

I think I need to work in 10-30 min. rounds and I'll feel better cause this hour crap is not it.

I kind of like Yoga though. The stretching feels goodddddddd :) that plank is lethal.

Oh & I'm giving up junk *worried face* that's gonna be HARD. there's no wholefoods store here :(

Never fear! I've come up with a solution! I'm gonna buy a cookbook and tear up this kitchen :D Hopefully in a good way. I mean *clears throat* you bet your ass I'm gonna tear up this kitchen!

That's more like it.

Well I'm off to try exercise 1 more time before I go to schleep :)

OH! Kim K's workout is on the money! Really broke a sweat. Now I'm super sleepy but I gotta do the other halfffffffffffff. Yes that half :D
