One thing...

LOVE.

One of the only things that remain universal to me. One of the things I'm certain everyone needs and deserves. No matter who they are. No matter what they've done. No matter what they do.

I'm not perfect nor do I aspire to be.

Some people may think that those who risk their lives in their careers should miss out. They say that there is not enough time in the day to even entertain the thought of love. I wanted to be a doctor when I was a kid. My mother told me that would be all I had in life. No family. No time. I say why should your career deter people away from loving you and vice versus? If it were me being that doctor or whatever else...I'd like to know that no matter what my choice there would be someone standing by me because they simply loved ME. Reasons for living make life that much easier to live. Why shouldn't love be that and more? Don't let anyone tell you that you don't deserve that relationship/friendship. Don't allow yourself to believe something so stupid. Why should YOU be deprived? You DO deserve love. Don't be afraid to experience it. Don't be afraid to open your heart to it. Don't be concerned with how much love you get. Focus on it's quality. In the end that's what matters the most. Love your troops, firefighters, policemen etc. Why not? There's nothing wrong with a faithful heart. It's a beautiful foundation. The risk is amazing. Don't count yourself out. You are capable of being loved & you will be.

Sometimes people can be so mean. I don't understand how another person can talk you out of loving someone. As if you can help it in the first place. "oh no because he/she is blah blah blah" , "if I were you I wouldn't do that because..." , "really? wow. too much of a risk..." & "I don't think it's real...you don't feel that. you think you feel that"

Well guess what?

YOU are not ME. This heart in my chest? MINE. So while you're talking I'm loving. & I will continue to. Forever. No matter what happens. It's not everyday you come across something so special. Who would dare close their eyes to it? Hm? I'm HAPPY! Okay? :) I've found my love.

You know...you could be out there loving someone yourself.
